Nokia C20 Plus Launched in India, One Year Replacement Guarantee is Highlight

HMD’s latest smartphone, the Nokia C20 Plus, has arrived in India. The brand-new C20 Plus is an update over the C20, which was released in April, but for some reason, the manufacturer did not bring it to India. The Nokia C20 Plus is the company’s new entry-level champion, bringing what HMD excels at: clean Android software with frequent upgrades. The Nokia C20 Plus also comes with a one-year replacement guarantee from HMD, which means you’ll get a new phone if your old one breaks down.

The Nokia C20 Plus is part of HMD’s newest push into India’s smartphone market. To wrap off the C-series, Nokia has announced that the Nokia C01 Plus and Nokia C30 will be released in India around the festive season. While the Nokia C-series will appeal to those on a tight budget, the Nokia XR20 will be available in India soon. The Nokia XR20 will be the company’s first 5G phone in India, though HMD did not provide a launch date.

Nokia C20 Plus price

The 2GB RAM and 32GB storage version of the Nokia C20 Plus costs Rs 8,999, while the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant costs Rs 9,999. However, if you enrol in the JioExclusive Program, which requires you to register the phone with an existing or new Jio SIM card, you can get it for 10% cheaper. Customers can get this deal activated at a Reliance Jio store or a Nokia store, or they can do it themselves within 15 days of activating the Nokia C20 Plus handset.

The first option will cost Rs 8,099 under the Jio offer, while the second will cost Rs 8,999. The JioExclusive Program also includes various incentives worth Rs 4,000. According to HMD, the handsets are not carrier-locked, so you can change your Jio SIM card at any moment after activating the offer.

Nokia C20 Plus specifications

The Nokia C20 Plus features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a top notch and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is equipped with a Unisoc SC9863a octa-core processor and up to 3GB of RAM.
