PM Modi to confer Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan award 2019-22 on Netaji’s birth anniversary

On the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also award Subhas Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskars for the years 2019 to 2022.

During the investiture ceremony, the Prime Minister will award the Subhas Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskars for the years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. According to the PMO website, seven awards will be handed during the ceremony.

The annual Subhas Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar was established by the Union government to acknowledge and honour the invaluable contribution and selfless service made by individuals and organisations in India in the field of disaster management. Every year on January 23rd, the prize is presented. In the instance of an institution, the award carries a cash prize of Rs 51 lakh and a certificate, while in the case of a person, the award carries a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh and a certificate.’

The Prime Minister has made it a point to honour the freedom fighters in a proper manner, according to the PMO. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, the legendary liberation fighter and visionary leader, has been a particular focus of these endeavours. Several initiatives have been made in this aim, including the proclamation that every year on his birth day, Parakram Diwas will be observed. In this spirit, Republic Day celebrations will begin on January 23rd, a day earlier than usual.

The government has planned to construct a large statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at India Gate to honour the 125th birth anniversary of the great liberation warrior Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and as part of the year-long celebrations.

The granite statue will be an appropriate homage to Netaji’s enormous contribution to our freedom movement, as well as a symbol of the country’s gratitude to him. A hologram statue of Netaji will be present in the same location until the work on the statue is done.

According to the PMO, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will unveil the hologram statue of Netaji at India Gate on January 23, 2022, at around 6 p.m.

A 4K projector with 30,000 lumens will power the holographic statue. Visitors will not be able to see an invisible, high gain, 90% clear holographic screen that has been created in such a way that it is not visible. It will be projected with a 3D image of Netaji to create a hologram effect. The hologram statue has a height of 28 feet and a width of 6 feet.
