The President noted during the ninth convocation ceremony of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University that Uttar Pradesh’s growth is a result of the state government’s dedicated and intensive efforts to improve the education sector in Uttar Pradesh.
The president, who arrived in Lucknow on Thursday, praised the Uttar Pradesh (UP) administration, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adiyanath, for taking a development-oriented approach to improving people’s lives and establishing the rule of law.
“During my visit to Uttar Pradesh, I had the opportunity to learn more about the many initiatives being undertaken in the state to improve education under the New Education Policy. President Ram Nath Kovind said, “The steps being done are laudable.”
During the event, the President also lay the foundation stone for the Savitribai Phule Womens’ Hostel, which was attended by Governor Anandiben Patel and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
President Ram Nath Kovind, speaking at the convocation, said that our goal of achieving excellence in modern science and technology while taking inspiration from cultural and ethical values can only be realised if all students and instructors strive tirelessly. He claimed that during his visit to UP, he had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the state’s educational endeavours.
“Because education is the most effective means of establishing social justice and for an individual’s personal growth, it is critical to strengthen this sector for any area to progress,” he stated.
“The Uttar Pradesh government’s attempts to improve education in the state are ‘exemplary.’ “I want to offer my heartfelt gratitude to the Governor, the Chief Minister, and his team,” he stated.
In addition, President Ram Nath Kovind stated, “I am honoured to lay the foundation stone of the Savitribai Phule Womens’ Hostel today.” He claimed that Savitribai Phule’s innovative efforts to educate girls 175 years ago are still bearing fruit now.
“At the Olympics, our daughters made the entire country proud. They have shown that if given the chance, they will leave their boys behind,” Kovind continued.
The performance of the country’s girls in the Tokyo Olympics, according to President Ram Nath Kovind, has created a sense of pride in the entire country.
He stated, “Our daughters excel in every field.” He stated again that if our daughters are given equal opportunities, they will excel.
“The fact that the number of daughters among the prospective medal winners in the convocation is greater than the number of sons demonstrates that the state is going toward growth and development,” he remarked.
“Baba Saheb’s dream of offering equal opportunity to everybody is being realised through the success of daughters,” Kovind added.
