All bulldozers in the state have been sent for repairs, and work will start after March 10, according to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who was speaking about his government’s anti-crime efforts on Friday. Chief Minister Aditynatha said he made the remark in response to a question from a Samajwadi Party representative who questioned if the bulldozers will be used even during the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.
Bulldozers have been used by the Uttar Pradesh government to demolish offenders’ unlawful dwellings. “A top SP leader inquired if bulldozers will be used during the elections as well. I told him not to worry since these bulldozers, too, require repose from time to time, remarked the chief minister.
As a result, during the elections, all bulldozers were sent to be repaired, he noted. Following the announcement of the polls, people who had been hiding in their holes for the past four and a half years are crawling out. They’ve been identified, and the bulldozers will continue their work after March 10. Their crawling would come to an end after March 10,” Adityanath added.
Mainpuri will vote on February 20 in the third phase of the seven-phase UP assembly elections, with the vote count set for March 10. In the 2017 elections, the SP won three of the four assembly constituencies in Mainpuri — Kishani, Mainpuri, and Karhal — and the BJP won one, Bhongaon.
The chief minister further stated that the system cannot function efficiently unless criminals are afraid. Professional rioters and criminals have clearly received the message that if they conduct a crime, they would have to pay for the damages, according to the CM, posing a security threat to daughters and traders in the state.
“There has been no curfew or bombing in the state because of the zero-tolerance policy against crime and corruption,” he said, adding that the Kanwar Yatra is being held calmly today in the state amid the chanting Har-Har, Bum-Bum “ad slogans The situation today, according to the chief minister, is quite different from that of the past, when every job was “disputed.” “They had to be placed on hold by the court.
When asked about job chances in the state, the chief minister stated that his government had provided 5 lakh jobs to young people. “Investment has come to UP as a result of good law and order,” he said, adding that the state successfully hosted the divine and great Kumbh in Prayagraj, Deepotsav in Ayodhya, and Rangotsav in Barsana (Mathura).
In a new round of attacks on the SP, the chief minister accused the BJP’s main rival party of being insensitive to ordinary people and sympathising with terrorists. “When the SP administration took office in 2012, the first thing they did was drop all terrorist cases. They were insensitive to farmers, youngsters, and women, as well as progress, he claimed.
The SP expressed sympathy with terrorists who carried out terror assaults in Ayodhya, Varanasi’s Sankatmochan Temple, Lucknow’s court premises, and Rampur, according to the chief minister. However, after the BJP took power in Uttar Pradesh, we waived 86 lakh farmers’ loans totaling Rs 36,000 crore. “We provided tubewells in regions where the SP and BSP governments had declared dark zones,” Adityanath stated. He further stated that from March 10, the number of youths receiving free tablets and cellphones as well as internet connections from the government will surpass two crores.
This would help Etawah and Mainpuri youths become more educated. “Smartness should not be limited to a single family, and every youngster should strive to be intelligent,” he stated. Adityanath, speaking at a rally in Karhal in support of BJP candidate SP Singh Baghel, who is running against SP head Akhilesh Yadav, claimed that under the four previous SP governments, development meant simply building homes for ministers.
